How Much is Too Much?



Adults between ages 19 and 64 are suggested at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity every week. While strength exercises for large muscle groups (back, abdomen, shoulders, etc.) are recommended two or more times a week. This is a broad recommendation for the average person and will vary based on your personal fitness goals. Please check with your medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
