It can be as fun as rollerblading or as maddening as recumbent cycling. No matter what it is ---cross training is important. As mentioned in our last passage, it is important to activate different muscle groups in order to harness your utmost potential as an athlete. Granted, this can be reached by the different types of training we have previously mentioned. However,it can be maximized when used with cross training and ultimately confusing your muscles and your body.
