Aerobic Exercise. You may know it as “Cardio.” Aerobic exercise is exercise that requires pumping of oxygenated blood by the heart to deliver oxygen to working muscles. In short, it is the exercise that gets your blood flowing. Efficient oxygen delivery allows the body to burn fat and carbohydrates at higher levels which enhances and strengthens performance. This ultimately leads to stronger cardiovascular health, stronger emotional health, and stronger physical health.
