Great socks are priceless. My old age tells me that certain things are worth paying a little extra for. Sock are one of those things. Sure we have our kickers - the pair that we wear when sliding around on the hardwood floor – that we don’t care if they get a hole in them. But running socks are different. We want our feet to be 100% when at the gym, or on the trail, and most importantly when running that special charity race. Consider stepping up to our favorite sock, the Nike Elite Cushioned No-Show Tab Running Socks. Trust me, they are worth it.
The name Epsom salt came from the town Epsom, England where in 1618 a farmer's cows refused to drink the local water because of its bitter taste. Besides the taste, the farmer also noticed that after applying the water to scratches and rashes they healed quickly. The taste of the water, and the healing powers, proved to be the result of its natural Magnesium Sulfate content. Word spread and over the course of time magnesium sulfate has proven to play an important role in soothing muscle aches and pains, exfoliating dead skin cells, relieving sore feet, improving sleep, and reducing stress. One thing exercisers need to do is pamper your feet. Doing so will keep you upright. Try Epsom Salt and let us know if it works.
WebMD.com tell us that from the time you are born to around the time you turn 30, your muscles grow larger and stronger. But at some point in your 30s, you start to lose muscle mass and function. The cause is age-related sarcopenia or sarcopenia with aging. Physically inactive people can lose as much as 5% of their muscle mass each decade after age 30. Even if you are active, you’ll still have some muscle loss. Any loss of muscle matters because it lessens strength and mobility. SheRuns.com recommends running for the heart lungs and mind, yoga for flexibility, weights for muscle retention, and proper nutrition. Part of proper nutrition is making sure that you get enough protein when your body needs it most --- right after working out and right before going to bed.

Ok, let me be honest, if you are looking for near perfect accuracy go for the Garmin. But if you are looking for something that goes from work, to the gym, to jogging on the street, this device is awesome. I have read some reviews where the reviewer talks about the accuracy not being perfect and that may be true, but I think that for the average person it is good enough. And I am not sure the reviewer properly calibrated the watch. But in every other way it gets 5 gold-stars. I am not really sure how to review this other than I have water-resistant version (version 2) and I love mine. I literally use mine daily. (Make sure that you get Version 2 as it is water resistant. I can't tell you how many times that I just into the shower with it on my wrist. It is so light, I hardly know it is on.) Any ways the Nike version of the Apple Watch is awesome. Try it, you'll like it.
