post-marathon laryngitis?

i ran the LAM with (what i assume is) a head cold, and have had pretty much no voice since an hour after crossing the finish. it may not have been the best idea, but i was strong enough and ran smart. my throat felt very dry the whole run and only had a mild sore throat when i woke at 330am and was gone well before we toed the start.

has anyone else ever experienced this? related to the cold or the run, or some combo? not getting any better and at 72+ hours now. living off honey chamomile tea and vocal rest, and never had this severe of laryngitis for this long.
